(1) The controller may appoint auditors on contract as required to test the performance of the certifying body every year.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), appointment to the post of examiner shall be made from among the persons having the following qualifications:-
(a) A person with at least ten years of computer related experience with at least a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent subject from a recognized educational institution, or
(b) A person who has at least ten years of computer experience with at least a bachelor's degree in management, finance or commercial law from a recognized educational institution.
